Therapy Meets Technology

We Use Technology That Moves With You, Not Instead of You

From gait training and robotic hand systems to balance platforms Miran uses evidence based rehab technology to improve walking, restore hand function, enhance stability, and accelerate neuro recovery.

Every tool is chosen to support real progress, not just flashy features.

Technology Doesn’t Replace Therapy
It Enhances It

At Miran, we use rehab technology not to replace physiotherapy, but to strengthen it. Tools like gait trainers, balance systems, and robotic hand devices allow us to deliver safe, repetitive, and targeted movement especially when strength is low or coordination is limited.

They reduce fatigue, provide real time feedback, and help us train specific motions that are difficult to practice otherwise. Most importantly, they keep therapy measurable, engaging, and focused on meaningful goals like walking again, improving grip, or regaining control after a stroke or injury.

Smart Tools That Help You Train Safely, Repetitively, and With Purpose

Every device at Miran is chosen to support specific goals from walking and balance to hand movement and muscle control.

Robotics

At Miran, we use a compact rehab robot with 20+ exercises for hands, legs, and joints to support safe, personalised, and measurable recovery.

It helps patients rebuild strength, balance, and daily function through engaging, clinically guided therapy.

Balance

We use multiple machines to improve balance and coordination through guided exercises and gamified training.

Paired with sensors based analysis, we track progress in real time making your recovery safer, smarter, and more personalised.

Reflexes

We use BlazePods to train reflexes, reaction time, and coordination through fast, light-based drills.

It’s a fun, effective way to sharpen the brain-body connection during neuro and balance rehab.

Supported Gait Training

At Miran, we use a ceiling supported body weight harness to help patients practice walking safely by offloading weight and preventing falls.

It’s ideal for patients where confidence and control need rebuilding.

Hand Grip

We use Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) to activate hand muscles and improve grip strength in patients with nerve or brain injuries.

We also use other convential therpay mixed with Blaze pods and occupationaly therapy to get back functional life

Neuro Pilates

At Miran, we’ve developed Neuro Pilates a unique approach that blends traditional Pilates with neuro rehab principles.

Designed by Dr. Dhvani, it helps improve core control, posture, and balance in patients with neurological conditions or age related balance issues

Technology Alone Doesn’t Create Progress
But the Right Use of It Does

Whether you’re recovering from a stroke, rebuilding strength after an injury, or working on long term neurological goals  the right equipment can help you get there faster and more safely.

At Miran, we pair every device with clinical insight, personal goals, and physiotherapist led care. If you’re wondering whether rehab technology can help in your recovery, start with a simple assessment.

We’ll guide you on what fits and what matters most.
