It’s not. It’s a sign of declining strength, posture, and reaction time and physiotherapy can reverse it.

It can lead to hip fractures, brain injuries, surgery, or even early death especially after age 60.

Who is it for :

History of falling, fear of falling or high risk of falling

Regain stability and avoid serious injury

Healthy Ageing (50+)

Who is it for :

No falls yet, but noticing slower movement or minor imbalance

 

Goal :

Build strength early and prevent risk

Format :

Individual or small group · Land Only or Land + Aqua

At Miran Neuro Physiotherapy, our Healthy Ageing and Fall Prevention programs are never generic.
 
Each person whether you’re 50 and unsteady or 80 and active begins with a detailed assessment. From there, we create a personalised plan that will include physiotherapy, pilates sessions, and aquatherapy, depending on your age, goals, and fall risk.

Whether on land or in water, each session is designed to help you regain the ability to walk steadily, sit and stand with ease, climb stairs, and move around confidently without relying on others and mainly reduce the risk of falling.
