Mat pilates can be done anywhere and without any equipment. It uses own body weight and helps in muscle control, flexibility and prevents osteoporosis

Reformer Pilates

Is an advanced form of pilates done on machines. It works on strengthening larger muscle and the smaller, deep muscles not reached by traditional forms of exercise.
